No. You can request online instead: enter your ZIP and the kind of job, see what participating companies charge, and post your job. A company that does that work picks it up, we show you its name, and your details go to that one company only after you say yes.
Am I talking to a real person?
No. You’ll be speaking with Emma, an AI assistant for an independent directory. She tells you that at the start of every call, and she’s there to understand the problem and find a company that does that kind of work in your area.
Who gets my name and number?
Only the one company we name to you, and only after you say yes. Your request is never sold to several companies, and nothing is shared if you decline.
What if my ZIP isn’t covered yet?
Emma will still help explain your options. If you like, she can keep the request while we look for coverage. If you’d rather not, your name and number are deleted from the request and nothing is shared with a company.
Is the call recorded?
Calls are transcribed for quality, and an internal, redacted call record is kept. That record is for running the directory, not for marketing.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Septic Tank Dr Directory is an independent directory, not a septic contractor or emergency service. If there is an immediate danger to life or safety, call 911 first.
